Andy Butler is currently a Managing Director at CPC. He joined the C3 Capital team in March 2016 as an Associate Director. Andy has broad experience across many areas of finance and accounting, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He spent 7 years in public accounting prior to joining C3, working in KPMG’s audit practice for 3 years and BKD’s transaction services group for 4 years.
He holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a Certified Public Accountant. He was named to Ingram’s 40 under 40 in 2023.
Andy lives in Kansas City but has rural Missouri farm roots. He is an active Big Brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, a water ski enthusiast, and he still uses his height to his advantage on the basketball and volleyball courts.
