Chief People Officer

Caitlin is the Chief People Officer at CPC. As a member of CPC’s Excellence Group, Caitlin works to support CPC’s operating company management teams in their efforts to continuously improve their businesses in the Five Key Battles. Caitlin has a particular focus on and expertise in helping leaders unlock the full potential of their people through fit-for-purpose initiatives across talent, culture, and capability.

Caitlin joined CPC from National Veterinary Associates (NVA), a leading global pet care organization and community of more than 1,500 veterinary hospitals and pet resorts, where she served as Head of HR for the specialty and ER business. Over the course of her career, Caitlin has held HR roles in consulting and startup environments, and spent over a decade at PepsiCo and Frito-Lay, leading teams through a variety of HR initiatives, from foundational program implementation to large-scale organizational transformation.

Caitlin earned a Masters Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University.

Caitlin grew up in small-town Pennsylvania, and currently lives in Flower Mound, TX with her husband, Simon, their two boys, Charlie and Henry, and their dog Mindy. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys yoga, cooking, and discovering new restaurants. She is an enthusiastic spectator of youth lacrosse and soccer, and also loves to watch professional soccer games with her family – on the rare occasion youth season schedules allow.
