Chris Carroll

Director, Continuous Improvement

Chris joined CPC in July 2025 and currently serves as Director of Continuous Improvement, bringing over 25 years of experience in supply chain management, strategic planning, and operational leadership. He will support the Operating Company management teams in enhancing supply chain efficiency, supporting the company’s growth, and driving value across sourcing, planning, and operation functions.

Before joining CPC, Chris was Director of Supply Chain at Florida Food Products (FFP), where he developed the company’s strategic sourcing portfolio and led several post-acquisition integration initiatives. Prior to FFP, he held leadership roles at Valuation Litigation Services, Inc., where he directed the implementation of sustainable business processes, and at CHEP North America, where he led the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) function to better align supply chain execution with commercial objectives. Earlier in his career, Chris spent eight years in advancing supply chain roles across two business units at HD Supply, driving operational efficiency and scalable growth.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Transportation and Logistics from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Amberton University.

He lives just west of Orlando with his wife, Amy, and their three children, Daniel, Jeremiah, and Rachel. Outside of work, Chris enjoys family time, boating with friends, and staying active in his community.
