Dave Walker

Dave joined CPC in October 2025 as an Associate on the Investment team. Prior to joining CPC, Dave spent several years in corporate development roles at Farmer Companies, a group focused on construction materials, logistics, and real estate, and HeartLand, LLC, a private equity-backed landscaping roll-up. He managed the buy-side due diligence process for M&A transactions, oversaw all underwriting for M&A and capital investments, led performance improvement projects, and conducted analysis and FP&A reporting on strategic corporate development initiatives—including divestitures, operational turnaround recommendations, and strategies for geographic and product-line expansion.
