William is a Senior Associate on the Investment Team at CPC Management, where he focuses on sourcing and executing platform and add-on acquisitions, leading underwriting and financial analysis, and partnering with portfolio company leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Since joining the firm in September 2021, he has been actively involved across the full investment lifecycle, supporting due diligence, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio management. He works closely with management teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance operational performance.
Prior to CPC, William was an Associate at BDO, where he specialized in private company valuations for financial reporting and tax purposes across a range of industries.
William earned his undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kansas. He lives in Prairie Village and, outside of work, enjoys traveling, skiing, running, and exploring new restaurants.
